Less is more

Awareness of awareness

Hyper sensitive alertness


Mutliverse of consciousness

Unexplained senselessness


Discontented with contentedness

This makes no difference to all suchness


It is, and that's that, no need for exegesis

Already whole, complete with fullness

 
It's not necessary to question it's genesis

More or less... An egoical exodus

Wind Chimes

Here’s one I spat out this afternoon…

Inner body
Spiritual quarry
Sacred sanctuary
Godlike laboratory 

Free mind
Third eye no longer blind
Compassionate, non-biased & kind
Seeks no more, no(-)thing to find

Free from the world of form
Stares without fear into the eye of the storm
The ego, the self, we no longer mourn
The shadow follows the light, without conform 

Ghost in a shell
Escaping from hell
Nothing to buy, nothing to sell
Silence the demons, with peaceful quell

Who said that?…

Static fuzz and flow

Audible mess creates noise 

Words lose their meaning

Lost Souls

Attachment to "I"

Disappointment is result

Let go of the self

I See You

Your mind thinks it's in charge
Like a ghost in the machine
It's just a passenger hitching a ride
on this intergalactic rollercoaster.

It's convinced itself you are you
The real you knows without needing to 
know, your thoughts they come and go,
to and fro, into the stream they flow and
then they drown.

They resurface from time to time but they 
are essentially dead, just residue floating 
on the surface, some are like rotten apples
bobbing, enticing you back to take a bittersweet bite, fooling you that you won't choke on their seeds.

Let the apples go, let them dissolve into the 
currents. Water purifies, and transforms them 
into power, just like taking a walk in the April
Shower. The seeds that are leftover will blossom and flower.

My soul set free, the mind watches on from the view of it's Ivory Tower.

Nourish & Grow

Replayed nightmares haunt the psyche
        Blinded by sorrow and pain 

Memories stained with hurt's wounds  
            
                   Stacked 
                  on top of 
                one another   
           
A foundation that holds heavy weight

Unearth the dark seeds and bring them 
               into the light 

Their fruits will taste less bitter

I spent many late hours listening to the teachings of Alan Watts whom I came across completely by accident. Now and again when I need to refresh my wisdom I watch and listen to him on YouTube.

Here Egos Again

There's a voice in my head who 
claims to be me

He reassures me every day he's me

I think he may be gaslighting me!

Own It

Create your own stage to play
Invent your own rules, do it 'your' way

Wear the fears you own like armour
Take charge of your own karma

Be your own person
Nobody else's, it's your version

Strive towards your own destination
On your own without any procrastination

Have your own point of view
Without anyone's bias skew

No one else can own it but you
