Paper Boat

Subtle shift in flow

Perceptions altered in state

Body calmly rests

Seeing The Feeling

They come and they go

Like memories made of sand

Like dust in the wind

Rest Notes

Relentless voice to quiet choice


Subconscious can be obnoxious 


Let it go on its way
Watch it move and sway

See it pass by
Allow it to fly

Wait for the next one 
Observe it until it's gone

Notice the gaps in-between each
Fall into its silence, slip inside it's peace.

Mind Traffic

Sit silent and watch 

See your thoughts but don't engage 

Let them pass through air

Ocean breeze wanders

Scattered leaves blowing away

The road is clear now
