On the ocean of time, it's tides sit still.
Beneath it's cold yet comforting surface I am frozen, preserved in its formaldehyde-esq-ness.
Blissful paralysis connected to mindful dialysis.
Extracting and purifying bubbles of damaging thoughts.
I see them for what they are, have pity for them, I forgive them.
I open my eyes let go and surrender myself to the currents.
The fish, the ocean, the sky all one motion.
No need to look back at what was left because there is no more commotion.
